Born in 1968, President of the Chinese Association of Destiny and Fengshui studies, Mr.Suen published his first book "Studies in Destiny" in Zhouyi, the same year created the "Northeast Hung Yi Tong" professional website in ZhouYi: http : // www.hongyitang.net. From 2002 until now he produced a lot of professional Zhouyi Works such as "Interpretation of the principle of destiny in details", "Prediction by Eight Trigrams", "Judge one's Fengshui by the Eight Character", "Prediction by one's Name", and "Pass the Three Barriers in the study of the Eight Character". Especially the "Pass the Three Barriers in the study of the Eight Character" has been currently the most advanced theory of the Eight Character in China. It's trainers come from all over the world and till now 21 face-to-face classes have been held successfully. Mr.Suen is also employed by a lot of famous enterprises both home and abroad as Senior Consultant. He investigated Fengshui for Canada Ruiwei domestic investment company, Daqiuzhuang of Tianjin and Jiangsu Senda Corporation,etc. He was also invited by Tencent and Sohu to attend a live Experts'interview in I Ching by its Constellation and Destiny Chanel in 2005. A brief introduction of the book "Pass the Three Barriers in the Study of the Eight Character"(PTBSEC)
PTBSEC expresses the Strong and Weak of the host in one's Eight Character by simple diagrams. Mr.Suen is the first person to judge the Strong and Weak by pictures and diagrams. Beginners just need a few seconds to pass the barrier of judging the Strong and Weak of the host in the Eight Character and goes directly into the practice part in prediction. A proverb says : real-word, false-titled. This book evoked strong responses in China and even Southeast Asia. millions of letters arrived at Mr.Suen from all over the world. For the purpose of embodying the value of Chinese I Ching and carrying forward the wisdom of our ancestors, Mr.Suen established both correspondence and face-to-face classes to teach the theory expressed in the PTBSEC and made lecture tours all over the country. The students of PTBSEC have now spread throughout the nation. In the study of Chinese I Ching, the author had a strong fellow feeling in the difficulties of learning the Eight Character. So he had been looking for a simple way to solve this problem. He believed that the more complex a question is, the easier the method to solve it will be. For this the author spent a lot of money to interview masters and hermits existing. And finally got one unanimous answer, that is the structure of the Eight Character and its favors and disfavors. Especially when discovered that if a blind fortuneteller wants to tell one's fortune, he must remember the 120 structures of al Eight Character. The author thinks that, how can one remember so many strange structures and how do these structures comes? As we all know, the Eight haracter is set in four pairs of two characters each corresponding to one Heavenly Stem and one Earthly Branch, and representing respectively the year, month, day and hour of a person's birth. If each character acts with another for one time, there are 64 combinations left. And if each character works with each pair for one time, there are only 32 combinations left. That is to say, if we can remember the 32 combinations, we can deal with all kinds of situations when happen in a Eight Character. So the process has been simplified. This method illustrates the complex relations in the Eight Character by 32 diagrams. It could be said as the most simple way in the existing theories about the Eight Character. Mr. Suen named this method as "Pass the Three Barriers in the study of the Eight Character".
3, How to learn the "Pass the Three Barriers in the study of the Eight Character" PTBSEC is easy to learn, easy to master, and easy to use. After a few days' study the students generally can master this prediction method and use it to predict for others. However, the theory is a complex system, as to fully grasp it, and to use it masterly and flexibly, we must also continue to deepen the profound understanding of the theory and practice it diligently. Therefore, the learners of PTBSEC should follow the following points : First, reinforce the foundation. We must start with a sound foundation when we learn everything. The basis of the Eight Character is its Heavenly Stem and Earthly Branch. Therefore when carrying out a face-to-face class Mr.Suen often begins with the character of the Stem and Branch. One must recite, digest and understand the theory by practice afterwards besides the face-to-face teaching by Mr.Suen. Second, emphasize the understanding. PTBSEC is a rigorous scientific system. When begin to learn, we may feel that we cannot apply this theory to predict correctly. In fact, often at this time we are still in the initial stage of the study and cannot understand the essence of this theory. As we learn more, especially after the face-to-face teaching by Mr.Suen, we may begin to feel that this theory is so marvelous. Third, make progress gradually. As mentioned before, PTBSEC is easy to learn, easy to understand and easy to use, often with two months of time could a learner begin to predict for others. However, for a beginner, it's better to give some simple judges about a Eight Character, instead of some precise and complicated ones. Some complex judgments can be given after you have a deeper understanding about the theory. Fourth, review for improvement. Conclusion is the need of improvement. PTBSEC theory comes from practice, and needs the test of practice. Therefore, we must practice at the same time as we learn and discover the regularities, continue to deepen the understanding of this theory.
